Welcome to NRG Trucklines Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, software, products, and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services
NRG Trucklines Inc provides technology-driven solutions for the transportation and logistics industry, including software design, development, and deployment; AI-powered analytics, automation, and optimization tools; fleet and route management solutions; technology and operational consulting; cybersecurity services and infrastructure protection; account management and ongoing support; custom computer systems, hardware procurement, and builds; and system installation, configuration, and integration. Specific details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a written proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Pricing and Invoicing
All pricing is agreed upon in advance and provided in writing. Invoices are issued upon completion of services or installation of goods unless otherwise stated.

Payment Timing
Most payments are due after services or goods have been delivered or installed. Some projects may require a down payment or partial payment upfront, which will be clearly specified before work begins. Failure to submit required payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services and products provided by NRG Trucklines Inc.

General Policy 

Due to the customized and technical nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Services 

Fees for consulting, software development, AI solutions, cybersecurity services, analytics, account management, and system integration are non-refundable once work has begun. Labor performed and services delivered are billable regardless of outcome unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Software and Digital Solutions 

Custom-built or configured software, licenses, and digital solutions are non-refundable once delivered, installed, or accessed.

Hardware and Custom Computer Builds 

Hardware purchases and custom computer systems are non-refundable once ordered or installed, except in cases of manufacturer defects, which are subject to applicable warranties.

Deposits and Down Payments 

All deposits and down payments are non-refundable and are applied toward the total project cost.

Refund Exclusions 

Refunds will not be issued for client delays, failure to provide required information, change of scope or change of mind after work has started, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized chargebacks.

Disputes

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. All disputes are governed by the dispute resolution and governing law provisions outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law 

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County, California.

Late Payments
Unpaid balances may result in late fees, service suspension, or termination of access to systems, as permitted by California law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact NRG Trucklines Inc first to resolve any billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed. Chargebacks initiated after services or installations have been completed do not release the Client from payment obligations. Any fees or penalties resulting from chargebacks may be billed to the Client.

Intellectual Property
All software, tools, designs, systems, documentation, and proprietary methods remain the property of NRG Trucklines Inc unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable right to use delivered systems for internal business purposes only.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, ensure access to required systems and facilities, maintain appropriate licenses, permissions, and compliance, and use provided services and systems lawfully. NRG Trucklines Inc is not responsible for delays or failures caused by client-side issues or third-party services.

Cybersecurity and Data
We use industry-standard cybersecurity measures and AI-based monitoring to protect systems and data. However, no digital system is completely risk-free. NRG Trucklines Inc is not responsible for security incidents caused by third-party platforms, client systems, or factors beyond our control.

Warranties and Disclaimers
Services and products are provided “as is” unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or financial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRG Trucklines Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination
Either party may terminate services if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to correct the issue within a reasonable time. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Dispute Resolution
We encourage good-faith communication to resolve disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
